Kiran Matharu set to Tee Up at Sunshine Ladies tour

Kiran Matharu returns to South Africa to play on the Sunshine Ladies Tour and will tee up on the 4th January at the SuperSport Ladies Challenge at Huddle Park, Johannesburg.

Kiran turned pro in 2006 at  the age of seventeen and went on to finish second at the 2007 Nykredit Masters in Denmark, as well as at the 2011 Lalla Meryem Cup. At the age of eighteen Kiran was struck with a  blocked hip injury. Her fighting spirit and the backing and belief  by her number one fan and caddy, her father motivated her throughout her rehabilitation and is excited to see his daughter back on the course.

In 2016,  she played in eight events on the Ladies European Tour Access Series and the Hero Women’s Indian Open and at the inaugural of the PinkStig Invitational in South Africa. She also played at the ISPS HANDA Ladies European Masters on a special invite.
