My journey started in 2005 directly after school where I received my provincial colours for North West and represented them for the next 6 years.
In 2007,2010 and 2011 I received my Springbok Colours where I represented South Africa in America for The Spirit, Turkish Amateur Championship in Turkey and the All Africa Championship in Zimbabwe.
In 2012 I decided to turn Pro. Since South Africa had no Professional Ladies Tournaments I had to travel to Europe to play on the Access Tour. After a year it became financially tough and I had to make the most difficult decision of my life; I gave up my dream and quit the game. That’s when I decided to follow my second dream, becoming a golf coach.
I followed this dream for the next 3 years where I was privileged to assist in coaching some of the top players on the Sunshine Tour and helping Lee-Anne Pace in England at the British Masters where she finished 3rd. I am now a qualified PGA Professional coaching full time at Wanna be a Champion Academy at Serengeti Wildlife and Golf Estate in Johannesburg.
I am very excited for this new chapter in Ladies Golf and I am very privileged to be part of the PinkStig initiative.
