It’s a crisp winter’s morning in the Franschoek Valley, which offers the perfect setting for the inaugural Little Pace Challenge taking place at the majestic Pearl Valley Golf and Country Club.
Hosted by golfing greats Sally Little and Lee-Ann Pace, the Little Pace Challenge organized by UniMedia Pro, hopes to increase exposure for women’s golf in South Africa by bringing together the biggest names from the corporate and sporting sectors.
“Sally is a very good friend of mine, and I’ve just met Lee-Ann Pace for the first time. She’s a great girl; she’s the number one in South Africa and doing well on the circuit, and we’ve invited her to come on Toks en Tjops. This is a great event supporting women’s golf, and we’re going to have great fun here. I can’t wait,” said Toks van der Linde, Springbok legend and SuperSport presenter, who is out at Pearl Valley supporting the Little Pace Challenge.
