A historical moment in women’s golf in South Africa with US Major Champion and former SA #1 SALLY LITTLE and current South African #1 LEE-ANN PACE, 2 August 2016 at Pearl Valley Golf & Country Estate,
As women’s golf begins to take centre stage we see an increase in the number of tournaments taking place in South Africa and the number of young females pursuing this sport. Corporate and big sports brands are beginning to realize the power of women in sport and their influencer potential. The event forms part of capturing the spirit of Women’s Month as well as it being a prelude to the inclusion of golf at the Olympic Games that start later that week.

Sally Little, South Africa’s most successful golfer is recognized by the LPGA as one of its top 50 all-time players and teachers. She has won 2 majors in 1980 and 1988, 15 titles, alongside a whole host of other professional events.
Lee-Anne Pace has achieved amazing things on the golf course. She has been the LET Player of the Year on 2 occasions, as well as LET #1 in 2010 after claiming top spot on their order of merit. She has also won 9 of her last 10 starts on SA soil.

Growth and development of the Game
Sally Little and Lee–Ann Pace will talk about the growth of women’s golf and the business opportunities that are associated with it.
Lee-Ann Pace will share her insights and experiences highlighting her current career on the LPGA, European and Sunshine Tour.

The announcement of the Sally Little book Launch’ Capturing the Fire’ and golf invitational starting in September and ending at the Pink Stig Pro Am at Sun City 28th November at Sun City 2016.
